RETURNS
At VanessaOfNorthBrook.com, we value our customers satisfaction. So if for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return the unused product(s) for full store credit of the price of the item (plus any applicable tax). The item must be in re-sellable condition upon return. We cannot refund shipping charges unless there is a defect with the product or the order was not filled properly. You should receive a return authorization from us prior to any returns. To do so please contact us to explain your reason for the return.

SHIPPING
We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx ground. All orders received after 11:00 AM PST, Monday thru Friday, will not be processed until the Following Business Day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will also be processed the following business day. Both UPS and FedEx guarantee delivery from 1 to 6 days to the lower 48 states. However, we cannot guarantee shipment of goods by any specific time frame due to Weather, Traffic, and mechanical difficulties that our carriers may encounter. For quicker delivery we recommend selecting either the FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-Day options on each product. ALL our packages are insured against damage. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO-FPO Boxes or Internationally. For Alaska or Hawaii orders, we only offer shipping on items with additional shipping options, please select the FedEx Overnight.
